Best shake ever. Wonderful staff. Classic soda fountain pharmacy like the old days
The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable, but sometimes they don't always have stock on hand for some prescriptions. Because this is a small town, they close at noon Saturday, which sometimes necessitates a 40 mile drive to Livingston. If you can wait, they can usually get the needed medicine in one or two days.
The hands down absolute best huckleberry milkshake on the planet. You will not find a better milkshake, believe me I’ve looked far and wide. Stop in or hangout and get a feel for the local community and the rich history of the town. Do it all while changing your perspective of what it means to have a milkshake.
My husband and I stopped in here after a kayak trip, on our way back to our campground. Delightful and brought back memories of the old soda fountains we had in our own small communities. Try the Big Timber if you are sharing with someone (or two). Nine scoops of ice cream, plus every topping you can imagine! Highly recommend this spot.
Took a short trip into Big Timber and decided to stop in at this old time pharmacy and soda fountain. We took the challenge of having the Big Timber. If you try it, make sure to share. It is huge and delicious! Our kids were able to play in a small play table they had, which was a benefit for us with small children. The locals were friendly, and the staff was nice and attentive. It's a fun place to stop in, look around, and get a treat.
